What is Indian Head Massage?

Indian Head Massage is a powerful method of massage which helps the recipient to relax and rejuvenate at the same time. By working on the face, neck, scalp and shoulders the muscles relax and fibrous adhesions (often referred to as 'knots') are broken down. The massage helps to increase circulation and this in turn helps to provide the brain with the optimum levels of oxygen which helps energy levels and a feeling of clarity to increase. The stimulation of the scalp helps to promote circulation and therefore keeps the scalp and hair healthy.

Common health problems that can be helped by an Indian Head Massage are headache, sinus congestion and neck and shoulder tension. Overall this is a stimulating yet relaxing experience that should be tried at least once by everyone!
