Lynne initially qualified as a Holistic Therapist in 1998. Lyn practices a comprehensive range of complementary therapies including Aromatherapy, Reflexology & Reiki. Being a Reiki master Lyn also runs courses to train others in the healing art of Reiki. She has built up an impressive portfolio with continuuing professional development over the years and has completed courses/qualifications in Massage for people with cancer, Holistic therapies and the autistic spectrum, Professional trainer certificate, Treating the Pregnant Woman, Hand Reflexology and she is currently completing a Diploma in Non-Medical Nutrition Advice. What is reflexology?
This ancient healing art is based on the principle that there are reflex points on the feet, which mirror the major organs and functions of the body. Gentle pressure applied at these points unblocks stagnant energy in the body. This stimulates, revitalizes and assists the body to start the healing process.
